The Higher Institute of Applied Arts 6th October City is unique in its scientific developed curriculum that includes both Applied Arts and Fine Arts studies through approved methodology. This qualify the graduates to be able to create in the field of design and plastic arts, and to be qualified to work in the fields and rare branches according to the different specializations at the institute, which are related to the human life adding to its Society civilization and a touch of beauty.

The Higher Institute of Applied Arts award bachelor degree of Applied Arts through its scientific departments that includes all branches of applied arts and fine arts through main four axes:

First axis:

Interested in the study of Internal Architecture and Interior design, Furniture and Space sculpture and their plaster accessories, through Decoration and Interior Design department.


Second axis:

Interested in the study of specializations of Arts & Graphics Advertising, Photography, Film, Television, Packaging, Printing and all techniques of modern visual arts through Graphic and Advertisement Department.


Third axis:

Interested in the study of specialization of Ceramics, Glass, Metal, Iron, Machinery and Equipment, through Industrial Design Department.
 

Fourth axis:

Interested in the study of Textiles specialization, Textile printing, Fashion designing and Jewelry and Accessory designing, through Fashion Design Department.
